SUPPLIER REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Submit the following documents to Head of Procurement, via this email: procurement@easteco.org
- Certificate of registration/incorporation. In case of any change of name for those already registered, submit the new certificate.
- Tax compliance/clearance/exemption certificate. For those already registered, you are required to submit the current/latest certificate.
- A signed and stamped Declaration on your firm’s letterhead, that your firm is not debarred by the public procurement Regulator in Rwanda and in all the eight(8) East African Partner States and that your firm is not bankrupt or in receivership or under liquidation.
- Valid copies of orders/contracts for past supply of goods/services in the category you want to be registered in. See the nine (9) available categories found in the regional suppliers list provided in this website
