  1. Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for
    development of the EAC regional entrepreneurship and innovation strategy for youth and women in business
    (fixed-budget selection for Regional Individual Consultants)
                                 Reference Number: EAC/EASTECO/CONSULs/005/2025-2026.

 

Interested candidates may submit their bids:

  • Through the e-mail: tenders@easteco.org and NOT to any other email or means.
  • The email subject should read “EOI for development of the EAC regional entrepreneurship and innovation strategy for youth and women in business; REF: EAC/EASTECO/CONSULs/004/2025-2026”.
  • The application should have a PASSWORD, until the opening date and time: Monday 9TH February 2026 at 3 PM East African Time, or 2 PM Rwanda Time, when the Consultant shall IMMEDIATELY send the said password to the same email (tenders@easteco.org) to officially open their application.
  • The application should be addressed to the Executive Secretary, EASTECO) and must be received not later than the deadline given above, i.e. Monday 9TH February 2026 at 3 PM East African Time, or 2 PM Rwanda Time.
  • Opening of the applications shall be done on the same day at 3.30 PM East African Time, or 2.30 PM Rwanda Time.

EASTECO regional suppliers REGISTER

SUPPLIER REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Submit the following documents to Head of Procurement, via this email: procurement@easteco.org
 
  • Certificate of registration/incorporation. In case of any change of name for those already registered, submit the new certificate.
  • Tax compliance/clearance/exemption certificate. For those already registered, you are required to submit the current/latest certificate.
  • A signed and stamped Declaration on your firm’s letterhead, that your firm is not debarred by the public procurement Regulator in Rwanda and in all the eight(8) East African Partner States and that your firm is not bankrupt or in receivership or under liquidation.
  • Valid copies of orders/contracts for past supply of goods/services in the category you want to be registered in. See the nine (9) available categories found in the regional suppliers list provided in this website
